Day 2: Tangier- Tetouen- Chefchaouen

Our 5 Days tour from Tangier to Marrakech will take you to one of Morocco’s most picturesque cities (Chefchaouen). We’ll drive south early in the morning, following a scenic mountain road.
The verdant environment acts as a cooling system for Morocco’s sweltering interior. It provides a respite from the overcrowded streets of Tangier, Casablanca, Rabat, and Fes.

Following the Rif Mountains route to our destination (Chefchaouen). Chefchaouen is a city in northwest Morocco’s Rif Mountains. It’s famous for its blue-washed structures in the old town.
Once we arrive at Chefchaouen, we stop for a panoramic view and then drive to the hotel. You will have a free evening to walk and explore the town yourself.

Day 3: Chefchaouen- Fes

After breakfast, your tour guide will be ready to pick you up. We will start our second-day tour from Chefchouen early to ensure enough time to explore Fes sightseeing.
When arriving at Fes, our local guide will accompany you to explore the historical spots of Fes Medina. Fes will combine the splendor of the past with the sophistication of nowadays. It’s incredible how the old Medina has retained its atmosphere and character from the distant past over the last 12 centuries.
The guided tour will begin at the Bab Boujlloud Gate.

The enormous Madrassa Bou Inania is the first monument seen. You will be able to see the Tijani zaouia and the instrument manufacturers’ souk before arriving at the (Mazara) of the old royal Moulay Idriss. Mazara stands in the same site where Idriss decided to set up the town of Fes.
You will next arrive at En-Nejjarine Square and the cabinet manufacturers’ souk.

The Museum of Wooden Arts and Crafts lies on the square in the wonderfully carved Foundouk. Next to it is the most popular and revered attraction in Fès, the Moulay Idriss Zaouia.
Your journey continues at Es-Seffarine Square, also known as Coppersmith Square. You will then proceed to the Tanners’ Quarter, located just before the Andalusian Quarter, with its mosque and the Es-Sahrij medersa. Lastly, we will bring you back to the Riad.

Day 4: Fes- Meknes- Volubilis- Rabat

Our 5 Day tour from Tangier to Marrakech will continue the next day to Rabat via Meknes and Volubilis. After a traditional Moroccan breakfast, you will travel to Meknes, the Ismaili city.
Firstly, you will visit “Bab Mansour” built by King Ismail. You would then visit the ancient Royal granary, stables, and the Shrij Souani.
Forward, you will drive to the Roman ruins of Volubilis and spend enough time exploring the 2000-year-old ruins and getting a picture of life during the Roman Empire. Volubilis is a partially excavated Berber-Roman city in Morocco near Meknes that may have been the capital of the kingdom of Mauretania for at least since the reign of King Juba II.

After lunch, we will head to the Moroccan capital (Rabat). Rabat, Morocco’s capital, is located on the banks of the Bouregreg River and the Atlantic Ocean. Visit the Hassan Tower, Rabat’s icon and one of the kingdom’s most recognized attractions. Lastly, we will be heading to our hotel.

Day 5: Rabat- Casablanaca- Marrakech

Good morning Rabat. Today’s itinerary will take you to explore Morocco’s most beautiful landmarks, Hassan II Mosque. With a capacity of 25,000 prayers, the Hassan II mosque is one of the world’s largest mosques. The mosque is marvelous, especially around sunset! Any photographer’s heart will skip a beat with all the marble, wood carvings, and mosaics.
After finishing with Casablanca, it’s time to head to the well-known Marrakech. Marrakesh, an ancient imperial city in western Morocco, is an economic center as a melting pot of mosques, royal residences, and gardens. So much to see, explore, enjoy, and do in Marrakech.
