Day 3: Chefchouen/ Fes guided tour

Wake up early, watch a beautiful sunrise from the Riad’s rooftop, have breakfast, and get ready to travel from Chefchaouen to Fes across the magnificent Rif Mountains.

There isn’t much to see between Chefchouen and Fes, so we’ll drive straight to Fez for three hours, with a few stops to admire the scenery. Fes is one of our 10-day tour in Morocco highlights.

We’ll get to Fes by 11 a.m., check the new Riad, drop off your luggage, and enjoy a well-deserved mint tea break. This ancient city contains a lot to discover- Get ready.

A local guide will pick you up from the Riad and take you on an unforgettable guided tour of Fes City. There is a gem to explore around every street corner, a tale behind every facade, and each neighborhood is unique. Therefore, allow yourself to be taken away by this enchanting and magical city.

You will wander through narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, spices, elaborately woven Berber carpets, and numerous additional Moroccan art pieces. Visit the Quaraouiyine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri, and the Andalusian Mosque, which dates back to the 860s.

Visit the world’s oldest tannery and enjoy the best view of the dyeing vats from the terrace. By the end of the guided tour, your driver will take you to the Royal Palaces and the city panorama spot, from which you can see the entire Medina.

Day 4: Ifran/ Azrou/ Ziz Valley/ Merzouga Desert

Good morning, Fes- it’s time to get ready for the highlight of our 10-day Morocco itinerary (a 4-day Desert tour from Fes to Marrakech). In today’s itinerary, you’ll spend the night in a Sharan luxury desert campsite- Exciting, yes?

It’s not all about the Desert, but also some fabulous sites to see on the way from Fes, such as Ifran, Cedar Forest in Azrou, and the panoramic Ziz Vally. The ride to the Desert from Fes is a long drive (7 hours). Therefore, we’d start the tour early to get to the Desert on time and have enough time to explore the sightseeing between the two locations.

We are sure that when you first see the golden Merzouga dunes, you will believe you are dreaming and want someone to wake you up. Our camels will be there waiting for your arrival to take you on an unforgettable journey through the most magical Desert.

Ride your camels like an Arabian prince and explore the deep Sahara slowly on a one-hour ride from Merzouga to Erg Chebbi. Once you reach the heart of the Erg Chebbi, the Camel guide will lead you to one of the highest dunes for a magical panoramic view of the dunes.

The experience is not over yet; Now you continue with Camels to the most beautiful luxury Desert camp, which lies in the heart of the Sahara. Enjoy a bubbling Tangin, bowls of Harira soup, Berber salads, and a hot glass of Moroccan mint tea.

Day 5: Sahara offroad tour/Quad biking

We’re in the middle of this fabulous 10-day desert tour from Tangier to Marrakech. Don’t worry; there’s still much to see and do in the second half of our remarkable journey.

On a Saturday itinerary, you will get up early to take in the best sunrise from the Algerian Borders- It gets magical when the rising light touches the golden dunes. You can then go back to sleep after seeing the sunrise as the 10-day plan from Tangier to Marrakech includes two nights in the Sahara Desert.

Slowly have breakfast, play some sandboarding, and shower before we pick you up and transport you to the deepest parts of the Saharan Desert. Jump into the luxury 4WD, and let’s explore the Desert.

The off-road Sahara Desert tour will take you to visit the Khamlia Village, ancient mines, local Berber Families, and Oasis, and drive across the highest dunes of Erg Chebbi. After the off-road Desert tour, we will drop you off in a stunning Riad, where you will have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool.

The ATV guide will meet you outside the hotel two hours before sunset. Set off on a 2-hour adventure with the quads! The quads will enable you to explore the Desert in ways the Camels and 4WD will not. The Quad tour will conclude with a spectacular sunset over the highest dune in the Desert (more than 200 meters).

Day 6: Rissani/ Erfoud/ Todra Gorges/ Dades Valley

Another beautiful sunset on the Sahara Desert, then we leave for Rissani- one of the most authentic cities in Morocco. Although there isn’t much to see in Rissani, the Souk, and the Donkey Park are worth visiting.

From Rissani, our 10-day Desert tour from Tangier to Marrakech continues to most the spectacular- Todra Gorges. The Todra Gorge, found in the eastern portion of the Atlas Mountains, is an oasis of natural beauty that should be on every Morocco road trip itinerary. You will have time to walk through the Gorgeous and do some hiking if you want to.

We’ll drive from Todra Gorges to Boumalne Dades, our destination for the day. Arrive at the hotel, place your bags in your room, and have a little cut before heading to Dades Valley.

The Dades Gorge begins just a few kilometers from Boumalne and runs over approximately forty-five kilometers through gigantic rock formations and past cliffs 200-500 meters high.

While in the valley, there are always fascinating places to stop and take pictures. Towards the end of the valley, the panorama of the Gorge becomes increasingly magnificent. Drive through the most zig-zag road in Morocco- Tisdrine.  Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in a restaurant while watching the sunset overlooking the beautiful Gorge.

Head back to the hotel for the overnight.

Day 7: Ouarzazate/ Ait Ben Haddou/ Atlas Mountains/ Marrakech

On the following day of our 10-day itinerary, we’ll travel to Marrakech through Ouarzazate, Ait Ben Haddou, and the high Atlas Mountains.

Except for the Atlas Film Studio, there isn’t much to do in Ouarzazate, so you may choose whether to visit or carry on to Ait Ben Haddou.

Ait Ben Haddou Ksar stands majestically on a hill overlooking the arid & Atlas Mountains landscapes, and the river Asif Mallah provides a picturesque backdrop near the old town’s gates. This Kasr is full of history and served as a background for many famous films such as Gladiator, Game of Thrones, Asterix and Obelix, Aladdin, Babel, Alexander, and Laurence of Arabia.

We’ll take you on a walking tour to explore the Kasr, including the history and iconic structures. Ait Ben Haddou is an excellent example of how our forefathers used to live centuries ago.

Continue our journey across Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, traveling through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m in altitude) and many more spectacular spots.

Arrive in Marrakech around the evening, check in the Riad, and spend the rest of the night unwinding in a rooftop restaurant overlooking the famous Jamma EL-Fna.

Day 8: Explore Marrakech Gardens & Souks

After breakfast, it’s time to explore Marrakech. Marrakech,  separated from the Sahara Desert by the Atlas Mountains, established itself in 1070 as the capital of the Almoravid Empire. The number of things to do or see in Marrakech is simply uncountable- There is so much. Therefore, we decided to add two days in Marrakech to our 10-day tour itinerary from Tangier.

You’ll have a free morning to explore Morocco’s Hammams (Spas) or maybe a cocking class. Afterward, we will take you to two of Marrakech’s gorgeous gardens, Le Jardine Secret and Majorell.

Begin with Le Jardine Secret- soon after 400 years of existence and a recent renovation, this stunning complex in the heart of the Medina invites you to discover the splendor of Islamic art and architecture. Le Jardine Secret is a fabulous chance to explore the rich history of Arab-Andalusian and Moroccan palaces.

Continue directly to Majorelle Garden- another beautiful architecture and design. When it’s up to stunningly beautiful and exceptional places in Marrakesh, Majorelle Garden easily steals the show. This 12-acre property is densely forested with multicolored bougainvillea, bamboo thickets, pink geraniums, and weeping willows, among other radiating flora.

Finally, we’ll return you to Jamma EL-Fna, where you will spend the rest of the day wandering around and exploring the nearby Souks.

Day 9: Marrakech Medina guided tour

Today, you’ll explore the highlights of Marrakech on a guided tour with a local guide. The guided tour will begin at the Riad after breakfast.

The tour will last 5 hours, visiting the Madrasa Ben Youssef, Koutoubia Mosque, Souks, Sadin Tombes, EL-Badi, and Bahia Palace.

Day 10: Airport transfer
