Itinerary: 14 Day tour from Casablanca

Day-1: Airport transfer

The best 14 Day Tour from Casablanca itinerary will start with us picking you up from the Mohammed V International Casablanca airport. We’d then transfer you from the airport to the hotel where you will be spending the night before we leave for other sites.

Day-2 Casablanca/ Explore Rabat/ Chefchouen

Before leaving Casablanca, we’d visit the Hassan II Mosque. Although there are mosques on every side of Morocco, this is the only place where noon Muslims can entire. More importantly, it’s one of the best architectural buildings in Morocco.

From Casablanca to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Day-3: Discover Chefchouen

The main reason why travelers visit Morocco’s north is Chefchouen. The town is just fabulous and deserves 2-night.

Built in the incredible Rif mountains, Chefchouen is cut off from the outside world beginning in the 15th century, adding the sense of time travel.

Day-4: Chefcouen/ Explore Volubilis & Meknes/ Fes

It’s time to leave Chefchouen and head to the Imperial cities of Meknes and Fes. After breakfast and luggage collection, your tour guide will be ready in front of the Riad.

Our first stop today is a one-of-a-kind location not found anywhere else in the country (Volubilis). Here, we stop to make a short visit to the Roman ruins. After this last, we’ll continue the private 14 Day Tour from Casablanca to Meknes. We will stop here for lunch and have a quick look around.

Late afternoon, we’ll be on our way to Fes for the night.

Day-5: Fes sightseeing

For a lot, Fes is about Chouara Tannery, but there is a lot to see besides this. Fez is the Historical capital of Morocco, where you go back hundreds of years.

You’ll be on a half-day guided tour of Fez with an expert local guide. The guide will take you to discover the best Fes offers, including the tanneries, Royal Palace, Mellah, handmade potteries, Traditional Souks, Quaraouiyine University, Madrasa al-Attarine, etc. By the end of the sightseeing tour, your guide will take you to the panoramic view of the city. Day-6: From Fes to the Sahara Desert

The Sahara Desert awaits- Today, you will be experiencing the best part of your 14 Day Tour from Casablanca in Morocco. Making the 7-hour trip to Merzouga from Fez, the entry point for the hot Sahara Desert.

A lot to see before we reach the Desert- Ifran, Azrou, Ziz Vally, and more. We will start with Ifran, the Switzerland of Africa. Ifrane is a ski resort in the winter, which makes it feel like you’ve been to Europe.

Hit the road to Azrou Cedar forest, known for its population of Barbary macaques. You can obtain a good close-up picture of a monkey in the wild here. We must have arrived in the Apple capital (Midelt) by now, where we shall stop for lunch. From here, you will notice the changes in the landscape.

Day-7: Explore Merzouga Desert

Early wake up to embark on one of the best entertaining activities in the Sahara desert- Sunrise with the golden dunes. Observing the transforming colors of the sands as the sun rises over the horizon will astonish you.

Walk back to your campsite restaurant, where you will have breakfast and get ready to be back to the town of Merzouga. You’ll have the option of returning with the camels or trying out the new Jeep.

4×4 off-road Desert tour is our itinerary for today. We will drive over vast desert plateaus and visit the Mifis mines, the Oases of Merzouga and Tiserdmine, nomadic families, and the settlement of Khamlia.

After lunch at Cafe Nora, we’ll return to spend the night in a lovely riad on the dunes’ sidebar. Optionally, you can book the sunset with quad biking to enjoy the peaks of the dunes.

Day-8: Merzouga Desert to Dades Valley

If our journey aligns with the day markets on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, we will take full advantage of the opportunity to visit another wonderful local souk. From Tinghir City, we drive through the todra valley with outstanding photo stops until we reach the incredible Todgha Gorges. There, we drop you off for a little walk exploring the limestone river canyons and the surroundings-dream of every climber.

Drive to the Valley of Dades, a beautiful little city halfway between the Sahara Desert and Marrakech. We’ll drop you off at the hotel so you have time to relax with some mint tea. One and a half hours before sunset, we will continue exploring the Valley of Dades and watch the sunset from the top of Tisdrine.

Day-9: Discover Dades Valley & Ait Ben Haddou/ Marrakech

Leave for Dades Valley ahead of Ouarzazate, known as the {Hollywood of Africa}. Pay a visit to the Atlas film studio and wander the Tourirt Kasabah.

The next place to visit on our 14 Day Tour from Casablanca is Ait Ben Haddou, a 17th-century mud-brick fortified village on the southern slopes of the High Atlas Mountains. Today’s itinerary includes visits to Koutobia Mosque, Badi, Bahia Place, Sadin Tombs, Madrasa Ben Yousef, Jamaa El-Fna, Souks, and other attractions. Your guide will bring you back to the Riad after visiting all these Marrakech’s fabulous sites.

For the evening, we recommend visiting one of the rooftop restaurants to escape the city’s bustle.

Day-11: Marrakech more highlights

Another hi from Marrakech. During the first half of the day, you will explore the remaining highlights of Marrakech, such as Majorelle, Menara Garden, and Garden Secret.

The rest of the day is yours to explore the Medina yourself. Wander around the famous Jamma El-Fna, take a cooking class, or try the Moroccan Hammam. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day-12: From Marrakech to Essouira

You have a great chance to book the sunrise with a hot air balloon ride (Optionally). If you’re interested in the hot air balloon ride, please let us know at the time of booking.

Today, we will be on the road to Essaouira– a charming haven by the sea. It is famous for its 18th-century beachfront ramparts known as the Kasbah-Skala, which protect its cobbled Medina. Alternative lifestyles and cultures thrive in this city famed for its artisan industries; you will fall in love with this place as soon as you set an eye on it.

It will take us approximately 3 hours to get from Marrakech to Essaouira, with stops to picture the gots climbing Argantress and visit the Argan Cooperative. Once in Essaouira, our 14 Day Tour from Casablanca will drop you off to relax in a small Riad overlooking the sea.

Day-13: Wander Essaouira

You will have a whole day to wander the beautiful places of Essaouira. Suggested things to do in Essaouira: Visit the Skala Port Remparts, The Fishing port, the open air-Market, Borj EL Barmil, Realaxon Beach, or ride the horses.

Day-14: From Essaouira to Casablanca/ Airport Transfer

Today is the end of your 14 Day Tour from Casablanca. After breakfast, we will transfer you back to Casablanca airport.

The drive from Essouira will begin at least 6 hours before your flight departure to get enough time for the airport procedures. If your flight departs early in the morning, we leave Essouira after having dinner the previous night.
